Yup. I used to train all the young men coming in. They would get promoted over my head, and I would never get promoted. I asked the boss why I couldn't have a promotion. He said I was beautiful and would get married, and he wasn't investing in me.

As it happens, I eventually did get married, but i stayed working for the 5 years I was married. And I've had to earn my own living my entire life.
