Yup. I think one million a year is plenty, and basically ant excess on that is taxed 90%.

So someone who takes home a billion will pay a flat tax of 10% on the first million and 90% on every million thereafter. So effectively for every 100 mil one makes, one gets to keep 10 million.

The universal basic income will ensure that people will have the option of not taking a shitty job, and that in turn will force business owners respect their workers.
