You're missing the point. The very fact that you mention an organisation indicates that these are human constructs. And if they are human constructs, they can be removed.

When people talk about 'inalienable human rights.' People are not born with human rights. People are just another species. We have no 'natural' rights. What rights we have are signed into law, and if they are signed into law, they can be signed out of law.

If human rights were innate or inalieanble, then every human being on this planet, no matter what country, and no matter when in history, would have had them. There would never have been slavery, for a start.

Your initial response to me read, " I think her focus is about a base level of untouchable human rights ..."

There is no such thing as UNTOUCHABLE HUMAN RIGHTS. Again, human rights are a human construct, signed into law. There is NOTHING untouchable about them. They can be changed when people or governments want them to change.

I mentioned Naomi Klein twice int he same paragraph. That is because the paragraph was about her. Please understand I am NOT woke. I am NOT a liberal, and I don't care who liberals or wokes follow. I don't care, in fact, who anyone follows. I have a very solid brain, read extensively, am reasonably educated, and I can draw my own conclusions.
