The reason that martial law is proclaimed in certain emergencies is precisely because it's not about convincing people to do something. You just plain tell them, and they do it or get arrested.
The situation is so serious with climate change that we should have been in a state of martial law at least 10 years ago.
This is what various leaders meawn when they say we should be on a war-time footing in order to defeat climate change.
According to psychometric studies, 73% of women make their decisions based on their feelings and 23% of men base their decisions on feelings. There isn't time to deal with that kind of nonsense.
Either we put the world on a war-time footing or we lose.
Unfortunately, you're still in corproate mold, and you have been moving in particular circles for so long that you think the entire world works that way, and you want to apply your corporate methodology to the world. Sorry, there isn't time. There isn't profit. And it won't work.
