Considering I've been an environmentalist since 1970, studied some of this at college, have run two climate change groups, written numerous articles about this, presented many solutions, was the second top writer on climate change for Medium for a while, what on earth makes you think that?

We do not have the technology to do what you propose. Long before we reach that level of tech, we will have suffered the horrendous effects. As for 100% recycling (circular economy), it is unworkable for many, many reasons. It's a piece of pie in the sky.
