I'd like some further information on your friend who is being deployed to South Africa. The South African government has certainly not announced that the American military is moving in. I also can't see Cyril Ramaphosa or the ANC or Julius Malena or Jacob Zuma eveen remotely permitting Americans in. They actively support Palestine because Palestine launders money through them.
