You know what bait and switch is? It's when someone advertises one product and then when you arrive, they offer you another product.
Writers do that when they provide one headline, and then then start off somewhere else. I'm a prolific reader, but when that happens, I scan down to find what was promised in the headline.
I couldn't find it, so I didn't read it. You lost a reader.
May I suggest you do (and what I do) is write the way all newspaper and magazine articles are formatted. The most important information that is in the headline is provided right at the beginning of the article. After that, more is added for those who want to know.
