Yes, in the longer term, the sun is getting hotter. However, it is also goes in cyles. It has cooler and hotter cycles. That has been known since the late 19th century, and it is taught at university in Geology 101,
Right now, it is going through a cooling phase, and the earth should be cooling, but it's warming up because of increased carbon dioxide and methane in the air.

The very fact that you had to google to find out whether the sun was cooling and then you came up with the end result indicates that you know fuck all about either geology or solar science.
Let me say this again, and then the hell out of my stream. I have no interest in wasting my time on people who think they know something when they don't.
1. The sun will get hotter and hotter until it eventually out.
2. Just as the earth has a climate, so the sun goes through cooling periods and heating periods.
3. When the sun goes through a cooling period, earth gradually goes into an ice age.
4. We are in a cooling period, and we are supposed to be going into an ice age.
5.This is not happening because our atmopshere is heating up, and there is a green house effect as a result of carbon dioxide and methane in the air.
And don't you dare fucking tell me I make suppositions. The lady who wrote this statement in a report about me told me my IQ was off the graph.
