You honestly think that 7. 8 billion people on this planet are going to start growing food in their gardens?
A helluve lot of people don't have gardens. They actually don't even have homes.
In Portugal, where I currently live, it's mostly small homes that are run down, and there are no gardens.
In Dusseldorf (Germany) where I was before that, the city is composed of 6 story blocks for miles and miles. Where do you think they are all going to grow gardens.
In Cape Town and George (South Africa) where I was before that, most of the population live in shanties. They earn about $150 a week, and it is as much as they can do to buy food.
In Spain, where I was before that, yes, some people did have gardens, and maybe they might even grow some fruit there, but I think a lot of people aren't intersted in growing gardens.
In Scotland, where I was before that, some of the homes have gardens and others don't. Actually, in most of the old world, the homes are very small, and they are built right next door to each other. There are no gardens.
Please explain to me how you are going to get 7.8 billion people on this planet to grow gardens in their backyards when a fair number of them don't even have electricity, running water, or more than a piece of tin over their heads.
I truly don't get your reasong.
