You have to be kidding me. It's you who are uninformed. It really doesn't matter what you call the people who lived in that area (Arabs, Palestinians, Ottomans), they and their ancestors have lived there for more than 2000 years.
"Syria Palestine" was the name given to Judea in 135 AD. I have also seen monuments to people created in 1918 with the name 'Palestine' on it.
You might like to stop your brainwashing and learn some real facts.
