You don't make sense. If you bought your house for $200, you don't have any rent. And if you receive $800 per month plus social security, and you can buy a bag of groceries for $20, then why are you broke? And why can't you afford $30 for a doctor?

If you walked away from your debt in the USA, then I can understand why you don't go back, and why you remain illegally in a country.

Also, if you're German, you can go back to Germany. They will take you. I assume you have a German passport.
