You are speaking from a place if entitlement - entitled to have what some others have. Nobody is entitled to anything. We are all born with various advantages and disadvantages

Coming from Africa, we would call yours a first world problem. In Africa, there are more existentialist problems to worry about.

Life isn't fair to all those babies born with HIV. Life isn't fair to all those people who live in tin shanties with no electricity and no clean water. Life isn't fair when you get raped. In my native South Africa, 40% of women are raped. 55% of South African experience criminal violence. I was assaulted 3 times in 2020. Oh, yes, and South Africa is the world's leader in baby rape.

So you're short. There are things you have. You live in a reasonably safe country. You have enough food to eat. You can read and write. You have a roof over your head. You probably have some friends. You have a lot of things to be grateful for.

I would suggest that as you can't seem to take the good with the bad that you place a complaint with your god, and then make an appointment with your surgeon for an elongation operation.
