You are so wrong.
1. Only 30% of Jews in Israel are Ashkenazi Jews (and their DNA goes back to the Levant). And most of those Ashkenazi Jews moved in recent times - not directly after WWII or after WWI.
2. The only people on the land were nomadic. The area was very thinly populated. You can google that from authentic historic sources. The land was bought by Jews - either from the Ottoman Empire which rules Palestine or later from the British Empire (after 1917 when the British Empire defeated the Ottoman Empire).
3. Essentially, untll 400 AD, the majority ethnic group was Jewish. For the next 700 years, it was Christian. And then for the remaining 600 years, it was Muslim due to religious expansionist policies.
