Yet there's something interesting. If you look at the natal chart (birth chart) of someone in astrology, Capricorn, Aries, and Taurus men are short. However, if they have, say, Sagittarius, a very tall sign in a couple of positions, then they will dominate.

The description of Capricorn men is identical to short man syndrome. Aries men are head-strong. They think they are right all the time, until they hit about 40, by which time, they've bumped their head sufficiently. Taurus is stubborn as well.

I, personally, believe that nature is 100% responsible for character, but nurture provides the opportunity and the development.
