Yes, what racism is has changed, And I think that needs to be looked at in more detail.

For much of my life, racism was defined as in laws that forbade people of color to go to white schools, buy homes in 'white' areas, be paid an equal amount to a white person, etc. That is now gone.

Now what is meant by racism is imprecise. There really isn't a defintion. What I keep hearing is "I am an underdog, and I don't like being an underdog."

I genuinely don't know how that is resolved.
