Yes, I do have ethics, and I lived according to them despite a terrible situation for most of my life.

Victims are people who don't have choices. When you make a choice because you will benefit in some way, that means you are not a victim. You're just an unethical and immoral human being.

The only acceptions I make for that are those who would starve or die.
