I insist that it's not a case of women being paid less than men. It's more a case of women being prepared to work for less than men - where that is applicable.

Where does it say that male teachers earn one salary and female teachers earn another salary? It doesn't. it's by negotiation. A women does not have to accept a position if she thinks the pay is too low.
