Yes, David, I do recall. :) It would be hard to forget as you told me that I would grow my readership by alluding to your ideas. :) I didn't think so, and I thought it was a bit of over-confidence on your part.

With respect, I didn't think so then, and I don't think now, that your political solutions will go anywhere. As I mentioned at the time, they had been thought of or applied before, in other countries, in other dispensations.

The difficulty with anything on our earth is that human beings are widely different due to culture, DNA, and the current weather. :)

I can also think of a million solutions. So can many others. The real issue is having the power to implement them. Until one finds a way of doing that, ideas are ten a penny.
