Yes. As I said, I grew up in business. It is nowhere near the stress of having managers treat you like dirt, work exhausting hours for pennies, and then not have sufficient money at the end of the month to pay the rent.

As a boss, you have power over people. If you don't like them, you fire them. If you feel like hitting on women, you often get away with it. If you don't want to give them a pay rise, you don't have to.

Sure, if you're expecting human beings to do something just because you want them to, it can be difficult. Who gave you the right to tell other human beings what to do anyway?
