Writers write from intellect, not emotions. That said, I wouldn't like to write about those three topics. The only reason they would drain me, though, is because I wouldn't want to write about them.

When I want to write about something, no matter how unpleasant the topic, I get fired up, and I have a really good feeling when I'm done writing.
