Wow. You know what? You are not rational. You put words into people's mouth. I don't like that. Who said anything about killing 2 billion Muslims. Do me a favor, grow up. Stop reading things into what people are not saying.
Learn to listen to the right things - people who are rational, impartial, etc. Which you, quite clearly, are not.
