Wow. That is fasscinating. I've been reading books since 1959 and it never occurred to me to look at the book cover to see what the book was about. I read the blurb to see what the book is about. I still read the blurb to discover what the book is about.

Also, if the blurb isn't detailed enough, I scan through the book. I also check the end of the book to see that it actually ends and doesn't stop in the middle fo a cliffhanger.

Then I will buy the book. But the cover?
