Wow. I did not know 'Fuck your feelings' was a saying. I have been using it for years, but in another context completely.

I'm sick and tired of people focusing on their minor hurts (and I mean minor hurts like somebody didn't say hello to them) when the planet is burning.

I agree with Neil de Grasse Tyson - if you're depressed, you haven't looked up to the stars. People are too self-involved. When we take our eyes off ourselves and start working towards the solving the problems, we no longer care that much that inside there is some unhappiness. And I'm speaking from a life time of experience.
