Work is generally defined as those tasks that enable us to survive. Business is a model to earn money for the guys' at the top. It has completely lost the reason for its being - to supply what people need. Instead it brainwashes people through advertising to consume a multitue of products that are not actually needed.

Leading requires the ability to extrapolate what is going to happen in the future and to lead followers through tough times into safety and well being. This has nothing to do with business 'leaders.'
