With respect, just because literary enables one to put down one's thoughts on paper, it doesn't mean one is a writer. That's rather like saying that just because one opens one's mouth to speak, one must be an orator.

People who feel compelled to pass on their own life experience in order to assist others are desperate for some meaning and value in their own lives. It is highly unlikely that their experiences will be of any assistance to anyone.

There is no human experience that has not been written about by great writers. To even think otherwise is to take one's own experience far too seriously.
