Why would the House of Commons Library be an accurate source of anything? Have you seen what has happened to the UK? The fact that asylum seekers were granted asylum does not mean that some of them aren't criminals. When one immigrates legally, one has to have a police report from all the places you have lived and it has to be clean - that cannot be done with 'asylum seekers.
