Who makes these international laws? And why should any country obey them. Surely, one of the ways to win a war is the element of surprise? What better surprise than attacking first while others are preparing to attack you?

I always wonder what would have happened to the Jewish people if Palestine had won in 1947. And if I recall correctly, the six day war started because Israel's supply route was blocked.

All people, including Israelis, Germans, Americans, British, etc have those who become savages when exposed to wR incessantly.
