When I wrote about having no time for literary fiction a while ago, someone told me how literary fiction was, and they suggested I rad 'Where teh Crawdads Sing. So I tried.

Ugh. I don't even know how anyone can consider writing like that to be good. From where I stand, I cannot understand why anyone would want to read stuff that doesn't end happily and focuses on the dark side.

I stopped reading Harry Potter because one of the main characters died. Didn't bother to see the last film either because of that.
