When I was living in Texas, I was fined because I used too little electricity - under 500 watts per month. I still use very little.
1. I boil water in a kettle about once or twice a week.
2. I use a laptop maximum 10 hours a day.
3. I have one electric light on about 5 to 8 hours (I am often awake at night).
4. I use the microwave for about 8 minutes a day.
5. I recharge my phone every second day.
6. I have a 2 minute hot shower most days.
7. I use public transport about once a week - the rest of the time I walk.
8. I take my laundry to the laundromat once a week - so that's 18 minutes plus 15 minutes.
That's it.
