What do you mean that energy is very cheap and all that needs to happen is that it needs to rise to its actual cost? Do you mean it isn't very cheap, or that it needs to drop to its actual cost, and if it drops to its actual cost, why would it cease to exist. Do you mean it's very, very expensive?
