Well that depends on how you define educated, doesn't it? A tertiary qualification is not an education - it is a qualification.

An education means you speak a couple of languages, you're pretty clued up on how to use deducation and evidence (scientifc method), that you're well informed geographically, traveled, lived under more than one political system, etc. Well educated people seldom spew bullshit. They all tend to arrive at similar conclusions.

One can be very rich, have a prestigious degree, and be completely uneducated.
