Well, one of the more important things you will need to learn is not to use other writers to promote your own work. When you do that, you remove traffic from the other writer, and so you affect the time spent on their stream, and that means you affect their earnings.
So, as is normal for those of us who write professionally, I hid your response from my stram. Do not put links into the comment of other writers.
That said, you have a lot to learn. For a start, please go back and put your print on black on white. It is extremely distracting to read white on black, and you will lose readers.
Next get your formatting right. All websites have their own styles, and they generally have those styles for ease of readership. Alos write according to CMS style - the style used by most publications internationally.
Nobody is interested in reading other people when it becomes difficult to read. Your organisation of information does not lead the eye. One cannot scan down through sub-titles to figure out what the article is about, so people are likely to leave your article soon.
That said, I don't normally critique other people's writing, and do so only because I have some free time, and I'm only looking at etiquette and formatting.
I also dont' do follow for follow.
