Well, Donald Trump was plain bloody stupid. Stupidity doesn't stop one from being a psychopath. His professors said he was the most stupid person they had ever met.

Just for the record, there is no degree in the world that cannot be accomplished with an IQ of 119. Which is four points north of the high end of average, so you cannot determien who is intelligent from their level of education.

There is also a direct correlation between ethics and extreme intelligence. Far from highly intelligent people being psychopaths, they tend to be more educated and more progressive and more ethical.

The more intelligent people are, the more ethical they are.

Also, for what it's worth, there was a study some years ago that 95% of those who graduated cum laude at university cheated.

So let's assume that Ron De Santis had an IQ 10 points above average - at about 125. That gives him more than enough ability to achieve the results he did.

It does, however, not give him the ability to reason out the moral complexities of life - something that only gifted people from about 140 up can do. And it's only really from about 160 that it really takes off.

Intelligence and morality are linked. The more stupid one is, the more criminal one is. There is a reason why so many unintelligent people are in jail.
