We moved from San Diego to Houston, then I w3ent back to the UK, then to various other coutnries. Last year, my daughter left Houston and came to join me in Portugal. She couldn't believe the prices compared to the States.

We now live in Ireland. Rent for a 2 bedroom cottage is about $1300 per month. This is very, very expensive in the EU. In Portugal, a two-bed is between $600 and $800.
