We all learn basic literacy during the first years of schooling. Exceptional writing is a talent born. I spent 10 years as a volunteer staffer at San Diego Comic Con speaking to famous writers. They all said the same thing in personal chats - it's a talent. You can't learn how to do it. Nobody can teach you. You either have it or you don't.
