Um. No. That's not even remotely true. Why would it be a biological necessity for men to prevent women from having sex with other men. In many primitive tribes, women sleep freely with as many men as they want to. Coming from Africa, I can tell you right now that it's simply not true that 'men don't want to be in a position of raising another man's child.' In Africa, children are brought up, regardless of whose children they are. The village looks after the children.

So that's a very Abrahamic religious thing. Any study of anthropology will show you that.
