Typing in lower case indicates someone who follows the crowd, is trying to be someone, and who doesn't have the intellect or comprehension to realize that grammar signals the reader as to what meaning is.

"I ate grandma" means something completely to "I ate, Grandma." Capital letters, punctuation, and everything else is there for a reason.

I find it an extreme indication of disrespect for the reader to have to read the blithering idiocy of a writer who doesn't understand that grammar has a purpose.
