"Twitter was even more ruthless. If ordinary Twitter users tried to share links to the story, Twitter removed them."

When Bush decided to go to war with Iraq, I was living in London. The UN wanted two weeks to go into Iraq to check for weapons of mass destruction. Bush wouldn't let it. British parliament voted against the UK entering the war. Tony Blair chose to. He was never forgiven. He is a pariah. He lost his premiership. There were huge marches - not in my name.

Yet Americans believed that there were weapons of mass destruction in Iraq.

Musk is pointing out that Twitter manipulates the American public (It's pretty much ignored in the rest of the world). And that is what Musk is pointing out - that Americans are not allowed to make up their own minds. They have their media sorted for them.

A few weeks ago, I had a piece of mine removed by Medium - not the first time., It was backed up by polls, by serious data. I wrote a letter to all my subscribers (some of them top writers on Medium). They told me the same thing had happened to them - on the same topic.

This is media manipulation, and it is by the left.
