Totally. I left London in 2003 to immigrate to the States. It ruined my daughter's health, and it certainly didn't do me any good. I left 11 years later to go back to the UK (Scotland).

Since then, I have lived in South Africa, Germany, Spain, Portugal. I have finally found a place that works for me - Ireland. I did like Scotland, but as they are no longer part of the EU, I cannot live there anymore.

And, yes, the USA is hyped to the outside world. It isn't at all what it claims to be.
