Tony, with respect, I can't help it if you live in a fucked up country. America has more people in jail than any other country China, with 4 times the people has 10% of the number of American prisoners in jail.

In no country in the world should someone who has been convicted correctly (which is generally the norm) be allowed to take on political leadership.

Even presuming there is an occasional miscarriage of justice, one does not open leadership to 10000 criminals in order to ensure that one innocent party can run for office.

At some point, there has to be a standard.. Everybody is not equally suitable, and the reason why complete idiots and criminals can now take office is precisely because anybody can run.
