This was very difficult to read, primarily because it is poorly formatted.

In the professional world, there is a subtitle for every change in direction and everything is written without emphasis - for a reason.

It's a pity, because it was too uncomfortable for me to read.

However, that said, all I wanted to know was what was going to happen to house prices in 2023 and 2024. After all, that is what the headline promised, and, in accordance with AP and CMS rules, you answer the question in the first paragraph, then go on to explain in the rest of it. :)
