This is the same for every industry. They are all rip offs. I once spent 3 years recruiting people to learn Cobol programming. They did 2 tests (and they were difficlt) plus had to have a four year college degree. The course was free, and I found them jobs afterwards. The company I placed them with then paid me the fee

I was very good at it because I am good at finding good quality people.
