This frustrates the hell out of me. Why are people so dependent on conversation with other people in order to 'learn' and 'grow?"

That's what books and courses are for. I don't have conversations with people in order to learn. I basically don't trust any information that comes to me through conversation. Too much has been proven to be bs and hearsay (what they heard on the urban grapevine).
