There is a lot of confusion today about what leadership is. In the final analysis, it is about finding a safe path ahead and resolving problems concerned with food, shelter, and safety.

In order to do that,we need people with the intellectual capacity to do that, and, no, someone who leads the church choir does not have the capacity to plan ahead for a country or a planet.

1% of the population have IQs of 140 and above. There are 7.8 billion people on the planet. That means there are 78 million people with that kind of intelligence. That's a lot.

In America, with its 325 million people, that means 3,25 million have that kind of intelligence. I've never known 3,25 million people to run for government. More than enough people to be able to chose from.

The real objection isn't that this limits democracy. The current system has sunk to idiocracy.

Of course, people who love power and don't have the intellectual and necessary education will be upset. So let them be upset. They voted Trump into power. I would rather they were informed of peole's characters and capacity before they ran for power.

20% of all business owners and CEOs are sociopaths or psychopaths. Jeff Bezos and Bill Gates are good examples.
