There are a great many people out there now demanding equality. When South Africa was in the process of change, all the servants told their madams (South African lingo) that when the change in government came, their positions would change, that the madams would lose their homes, and the servants would now live in it.

A lot of the anger out there is because people are 'not equal.'

Also, there cannot be equal opportunity. There is a hierarchy. Opportunity is open only to some - there are degrees of opportunity. For example, some kids have the opportunity of going to private schools by virtue of their parent's wealth, while others don't.
