The whole world did not suffer. And those same countries that plundered other countries also brought literacy, math, radio, television, the steam engines, and more.
I would outlaw NATO in a second - essentially because I think war will kill us all.
However, China is now more powerful than the USA in terms of the military. It certainly has some better weapons, and according to the Pentagon, it is to be 'respected.'
China looks like it's now going to invade the world. And it doe snot belong to NATO. War is not the prerogative of NATO.
Also, Africa has had more genocide during the past 70 years than any developed nation. Why don't you take a look at that.
