The site has been flooded for years. That’s because Quora had a model that paid people who asked questions but not people who responded to questions. The best answers float to the top. So it’s irrelevant whether someone says that ‘vaccines contain microchips’ because there’ll be thousands of people marking it down, reporting it, or writing far better answers.

I’m surprise, though, that if you’re concerned about vetting answers, why you are writing on Medium or on any other site.
