The reason that America 'gives' Israel $3 billion with which to buy American weapons is also dependent on Israel sharing military technology with the USA. If America was that far ahead, they would be ahead of Israel as well - they are not.
Although I can't remember the names of the precise weapons, some time ago, the American military acknowledged that they had nothing like that. In the meantime, I'll leave you with this.
