The one that had me floored was a very tall residential building going up on the Miami beach front. It was built for multi-millionaires and billionaires. And I'm thinking, don't these people realize that the hurricanes and flooding that is coming in the very near future will make Miami unlivable. I simply don't get it.

Not qutie sure why you say Madrid and Munich, but there are two ways of looking at who will survive. The one is the rich countries that have enough money. The other are those countries which are, essentially, islands, and that can sustain themselves agriculturally.
