The fact that you use capital letters when writing disproves your claim to excellent literacy. It is frowned upon and one only uses a capital letter to start a sentence and for abbreviations of some names.
The fact that you don't have sufficient skill to emphasize what you mean without using something that is considered ungrammatical is indicative of your level of education. Sorry, it's not a good one.
You might have few problems with understanding others, but that's only in your head. You may be completely misunderstanding them, but be completely unaware of it. Grammar is there for a reason - to clarify meaning.
It is extremely unpleasant to read writing that lacks grammatical structure, and I had to skim what you said because of the constant words in capital letters.
For the record, education in America changed in 1970. So you wouldn't have been part of the old education system.
I don't have time to google this for you and provide all the references. I'm sure if you are interested enough you can do that.
Also, of course, I wrote the piece with broad strokes. This is not a thesis. I am writing for an international reader, and I'm describing why our modern world is now so chaotic and lacks structure and is unwise and busy destroying itself.
